The Dream City Ecological Urban Area project, located on 486-hectare land located in Long Hung Commune, Nghia Tru, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, which started construction in February 2022, has officially reached its finish line.

Only 02 months into 2023, Unicons has continuously received good news when winning bids for new and classy projects from prestigious Investors, specifically 02 projects: KN Paradise Resort and Entertainment Complex in Khanh Hoa and ICON40 Luxury Apartment Tower in Ha Long. Both of these projects come from repeat sales.
UNICONS COMMENCED THE PROJECT CRYSTAL HOLIDAYS HARBOUR VAN DON – A WORLD IN THE HEART OF HERITAGE
On October 18th, 2024, Unicons Steering Committee (USC) successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony of Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don project. The ceremony welcomed the presence of Unicons Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company – Investor of the project, subcontractors, guests and all Unicons Steering Committee.
WE ARE “NEXT GEN” – INTERNSHIP 2023
On August 1st, 2023, Coteccons Head Office welcomed excellent Interns from universities to participate in the Occupational Safety Training and Sharing Session. The program attracted nearly 40 interns from HCMC University of Technology and Education, University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. In the sharing session, the Interns participated in the basic training course on Occupational Safety. Besides, the Company representative also shared with Interns about career opportunities, training, and the development roadmap at Coteccons – Unicons.
