1.“Hanh Phuc Hospital” – Main structure package
In Q2/2023, the standout project is the main structure package for the “Hanh Phuc Hospital,” located in Phuong Canh Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. In this contract, Unicons will be responsible for the construction and finishing of the main structure for four buildings, each with 8 floors, a rooftop, and a terrace, covering a total floor area of over 63,000 square meters. With shared core values and sustainable development goals for a better life, Coteccons – Unicons and Vinh Thien Medical Joint Stock Company under the Phenikaa Group will together create a project that brings happiness and sustainable value to society.
- “New Facility in VSIP” – Main work package
In May, Unicons also secured the contract for the “New Facility in VSIP” project, located at 38 Doc Lap Avenue, Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. The package includes main components of warehouse, office building, production area, auxiliary areas, and guardhouse, with an expected completion date of February 2024. Invested and developed by Behn Meyer Vietnam Co., Ltd., this project aims to enhance and support the investor’s mission of creating additional value for farmers and society.
- “Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc” – Contract package for rough construction and exterior finishing of 111 townhouses
On June 13, Unicons continued to be selected by the Investor to accompany the bidding package for rough construction and exterior finishing of 111 apartments in subdivision 1 Violet of the “Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc” project.
Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc is the first project invested and developed by Tan A Dai Thanh Group in An Thoi town – south of Bai Truong, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang. With a strong vision and mindset, the Investor aims for Meyhomes Capital to become a 5-star urban area and will be the new economic and living center of Phu Quoc after being put into operation.
- “KN Paradise Cam Ranh” – Construction, basic finishing, and rough MEP package for 160 townhouses – Nikko Area
Continuing its success, Unicons won the second phase contract for KN Paradise immediately after commencing the first phase. In collaboration with the investor, KN Group, Unicons is undertaking the construction, basic finishing, and rough MEP for 160 townhouses (Subzones 16 and 17) in the Nikko area, increasing the total number of townhouses Unicons is responsible for here to nearly 400. With its current capabilities and standing, Unicons expects to achieve even greater accomplishments in the second half of 2023, contributing to the annual revenue target and creating new milestones in the future.
