Atmosphere before the ceremony
On the morning of June 15, the “ICON 40 Ha Long Luxury Apartment Tower” held its groundbreaking ceremony for the main structure, attended by representatives from the Investor (BIM Group), Project Management and Supervision Consultant Artelia, and the Project Management Team (PMT). Once completed, this project is expected to become a symbol of Ha Long City, offering residents panoramic views of thousands of islands. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Deputy General Director of BIM Group, said, “The Investor expects Unicons, with its professionalism and extensive experience, to harness its internal strengths and commit to completing the project with groundbreaking achievements.”
