According to Mr. Ho Phi Long, Head of Human Resources and General Affairs, the company is proud to offer its employees and their families meaningful and exciting trips. Our travel program is part of the company’s mission to create interesting experiences, discover new things, and strengthen the bonds among employees and their families.
The program officially launched this summer with two destinations, Taiwan and Thailand, running from August to December. From August 5 to 8, 2023, the first journey “Exploring Taiwan” for nearly 40 Coteccons – Unicons employees and their families marked a successful start to the 2023 travel season.
The trip offered wonderful and exciting experiences for the members of the Unicons family and their loved ones. Thanks to the experience of exploring Taiwan’s natural beauty to learning about its unique culture and enjoying diverse cuisine, everyone had memorable moments. Most importantly, the program also facilitated the strengthening of relationships between colleagues and families, creating a space for socializing and conversations beyond work.
As shared by Mr. Nguyen Minh Son, Unicons GDDA, putting aside the busyness and worries, my family and colleagues enjoyed a trip with many lingering emotions. Although it was a short time, we experienced a different culture and witnessed the orderliness and civility of a developed Taiwanese society. I believe each trip will strengthen the bond between members from construction sites and office departments, so when we return, we can share our experiences and look forward to future vacations together.
Hopefully, Unicons will continue to offer interesting and meaningful trips for its employees in the future. The 2023 travel season promises to be a memorable and emotional journey for the entire Unicons family.
