Over 400 staffs at the Laborer Conference in 2014
After reviewing activities of the company in 2013, especially for policies and benefits for employees, the conference has proposed working plan for 2014.

At the conference, the Management Board have highly appreciated the contribution of the whole staff in making success of Unicons in 2013. Although the past year was considered hard time for Vietnamese economy, especially real estate and construction industry, Unicons has successfully completed the business plan with turnover of 2,281 billion VND (exceeding the plan by 23%), and a profit of 55 billion VND (exceeding the plan by 10%).

During the past year, the company have maintained the employment, increasingly improved incomes and benefits for laborers. Besides positive results, Unicons also reviewed, analyzed, and assessed restrictions and disadvantages in order to propose solutions to develop the company.
